Full Registration Fee and Reduced Registration Fee include:

• Attendance at all Scientific Sessions, Conference bag and Book of abstracts
• Welcome party
• Three lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
• Refreshments and coffee breaks during the Conference (four days)
• Banquet on Thursday

Student and PhD student:
To qualify for the Reduced registration fee, the applicant must submit an Application form confirmed by her/his university (Download application form). The completed application form should be scanned and emailed, faxed or posted to the Conference Office.

Accompanying Person Registration Fee includes:

• Three lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
• Refreshments and coffee breaks during the Conference (four days)
• Banquet on Thursday

Excursion to Zakopane fee includes (See also here):

• Transport to Zakopane and back to Krakow on Wednesday (a famous town laying right under the highest range of the Tatra Mountains)
• Guide walk in the town centre and visit to the Tatra National Park
• Regional cuisine feast, folk music and dances

Krakow sightseeing fee includes: (See also here):

• Guide charge
• Entrance tickets to selected places (e.g. museums, churches) along the route
