Krakow sightseeing

We invite participants to take part in a guided sightseeing of Krakow Old Town including a walk along the Royal Route.

The sightseeing is going to be organized on Tuesday late afternoon, July 5, 2011. Approximate running time of the sightseeing is three hours.

Cost of the sightseeing (per person) is 10 EURO.

It includes guide charge and entrance tickets to selected places (e.g. museums, churches) along the route.

Reservation of the trip will be possible during on-line registration.

Excursion to Zakopane

Participants are invited for one-day trip to Zakopane. The town, situated at the foot of the Tatra mountains famous for rich folklore and picturesque surroundings.

The trip is organized on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.

Cost of the trip (per person) is 40 EURO. It includes:

Transport from Krakow to Zakopane and back,
Guided walk around downtown and visit to the Tatra National Park (UNESCO),
Feast featuring regional cuisine, folk music and dances.

Reservation of the trip will be possible during on-line registration.

Optional Excursions

There is a possibility of organizing two additional excursions (optional) on Friday afternoon (July 8). Organization of the events will depend on the number of people who declare they participation.

Participants of the Conference who are going to take part in one of the excursion are requested to affirm their participation by writing to the Conference Office.
