Transport of participants from the airport Balice/Krakow to the hotels will be provided free of charge on:

• 2^nd July (Saturday) at 18:00, 19:00 and 20:30,
• 3^rd July (Sunday) at 11:30, 14:30 and 19:00.

We kindly ask all our guests being interested in such possibility to look for a person with 17^th ICFIA logo next to entrance to the airport's passenger terminal. They will have the list of arrivals, so flight delay will be taken into account if such a case occurs.

The detailed instruction of submission of papers to the special issue of the journal TALANTA has been published at the Conference web site. All ICFIA attendants are cordially invited to submit manuscripts. The deadline to submit your manuscript to the 17^th ICFIA special issue of TALANTA is 30^th September 2011. Further information might be found at the TALANTA section.

We would also like to inform that from 2^nd July to 8^th July the Conference Office will be available only at a mobile number: +48 888 052 122.

Organizers kindly inform that all presentations should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or 2010. There will be also the possibility to use your own notebook during the presentation.
