Abstract submission
Participants are invited to submit abstracts of their presentations not later than October 15, 2012.
Moreover, abstract submission for poster presentation only is also possible till October 30, 2012.
The abstracts should be submitted electronicaly via the on-line registration system. Only previously registered participants may submit an abstract.
The suitable poster size is: 80 cm width x 120 cm height.
Each participant can submit no more than one oral and two poster presentations or three poster presentations. Please, follow the following instructions and use an abstract template.
- An abstract (including figures, tables and references) written using the template should not be longer than 1 page and its size should not exceed 1MB.
- The name of a presenting person should be underlined.
- Abstracts (and tables) should be prepared in MS Word Processor.
- Images or figures (of good quality, min. 600 dpi) can be saved as tiff or pdf formats and should be inserted into the abstract. Formulae and equations should be written using appropriate processors.
- Please make sure that nomenclature, units and abbreviations are in agreement with the rules established by IUPAC.
- References should be indicated by number(s) in square brackets and numbered in the sequence of their quotation in the text.
Participants will be notified (by e-mail ) of their abstracts acceptation by November 12, 2012. If earlier information about abstracts acceptation is necessary, please contact the Conference Office .
