VAT excl.: as at January 1, 2012 there is no VAT on conference fees.

Regular and reduced registration fee include:

• Attendance at all Scientific Sessions and Exhibitions
• Conference bag and Book of Abstracts
• Welcome reception
• Five lunches
• Refreshments and coffee breaks during the Conference (five days)
• Historical Krakow guided walk

Student and PhD student:
To qualify for the reduced registration fee, applicants must submit the following Application Form.

One Day Fee includes:

• Attendance at all Scientific Sessions and Exhibitions on that day only

VAT excl.: as at January 1, 2012 there is no VAT on conference fees. Please note, that all courses are sheduled at the same time: Sunday, 10th February 2013.

It is also possible to register exlusively for the short course without participation in the Conference. All who are interested in only short courses on Sunday 10 February 2013 and will not participate in the other parts of Conference are kindly asked to chose the other type of account (Participant short courses only) during the on-line registration.

Payments for optional events

Hot plasma party (Zalesie, 15 km from Krakow)	320 PLN
Conference banquet (Wieliczka Salt Mine)	320 PLN
Printout of poster	160 PLN

VAT included: as at January 1, 2012 there is 23% VAT on optional events

Hot plasma party includes (details here):

• Transport to Zalesie and back to Kraków on Tuesday
• Feast with regional cuisine, music and dances

Conference banquet includes (details here):

• Transport to Wieliczka and back to Kraków on Thursday
• Lift down to the Mine (135 meters underground) and back
• Banquet menu, music and dances

Printout of poster

• Poster printout is offered by the conference office optionally after special payment
• The poster will be printed vertically, 80 cm width x 120 cm height, in 100% color on special paper: 180 g/m2
• The poster should be prepared in PDF format, 80 cm width x 120 cm height
• The PDF poster file should be sent to the conference office by February 6, 2013
• The printed poster can be collected at the Registration Desk

Payment only after online Registration.

Invoices for conference participation should be collected at the Registration Desk.

Cancellation Policy

• By 31^th December 2012 – Full refund minus 200 PLN as bank charge and handling fee
  
• By 31^th January 2012 – 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
  
• After 31^th January 2012 – No refund.
