basic information

We have two AVANCE II spectrometers from Bruker, with proton frequencies 500 MHz and 300 MHz.

The 500 MHz spectrometer is a multi-purpose research instrument. Avance II electronics console was installed on the magnet previously part of the Bruker AMX 500.

Three liquids probes are available and one for CPMAS:

  • 5 mm TBI (1H, 13C, X) with and X,Y,Z-gradient accessories, channel 1H for observation, 13C channel and/or X for decoupling.

  • 5 mm QNP

  • 10 mm BBO

  • 4 mm CPMAS

  • The 300 MHz machine is for rutine experiments with a computer tunable (ATM) and Z-gradient 5 mm BBO probe covering 109Ag to 31P.
