The main goal of the Conference will be the discussion of the topics
relevant to the actual concepts at the molecular level of:
- removal of nitrogen oxides: NOx and N2O from outgases of stationary sources
- removal of NOx and particulate matter from Diesel exhaust gases (NOx storage/
reduction; urea reduction)
- abatement of VOC
- water remediation
The symposium is the continuation of the annual seminars organized by Jagiellonian
University and Marie Curie-Skłodowska University since 1994. The first two seminars were devoted
to the NOx removal from off-gases of stationary and mobile sources of emission (DENOX).
DESONOX, VOC and N
2O removal were included in the schedule of next seminars. Water remediation and
particulate matter oxidation were added to the scope of seminar in 2006 year.
