Raman Imaging Group
Main directions of our research:
- Spectral diagnostics, pharmacology and pharmacotherapy: development of a methodology for spectroscopic diagnosis of lifestyle diseases, including cancer and its metastasis, and leukemia subtypes; molecular, metabolic and morphological assessment of the effects of drugs on endothelial cells and leukemic cells.
- Biology and biochemistry: research on tissues, cells, metabolites, biopolymers.
- Pharmacy: analysis of active drug substances, distribution and polymorphism
- Conservation and archaeometry: spectroscopic analysis of composition and degradation products, mummification.
- Physicochemistry: surface morphology, kinetics of changes caused by stress factors
- Spectroscopy: development of new experimental techniques, research on the mechanisms of Raman signal amplification.
- Analytics: development of methods for analyzing spectroscopic data based on chemometrics.
