CTTC VI: PL-Grid Workshop

During CTTC VI two workshops presenting PL-Grid infrastructure and it's solutions for computational chemists were held:

  1. PL-Grid Plus - usage of computational infrastructure for Polish science
  2. InSilicoLab for chemistry

Workshops' materials can be downloaded using links:

  1. PL-Grid Plus - usage of computational infrastructure for Polish science
  2. InSilicoLab for chemistry

Additional information about PL-Grid infrastructure can be obtained from PL-Grid User Manual (or more detailed version in Polish - Podrecznik Uzytkownika PL-Grid) pages.

Furthermore, additional documentation of QosCosGrid middleware is available on pages: QosCosGrid End-User Manual and QCG-Icon. You can also visit InSilicoLab project homepage, its detailed manual (or its Polish version) or watch demo. Additional information may be also obtained via email to PL-Grid Helpdesk.

Both QosCosGrid and InSilicoLab can be used, and are free to use, not only in PL-Grid, but the user needs to have valid personal grid certificate, which can be obtained from local Certification Authority (CA) that is appropriate to the affiliation of the user. Brief description how to find CA and to obtain the certificate can be found on EGI web pages.
