The registration fees are as follows:

The conference fee covers the costs of conference materials, proceedings, welcome party in Collegium Maius (8.09.2006), 4 lunches (September 9, 10, 11 & 12) and coffee breaks. For accompanying persons a social program including guided tours will be organized.

The conference banquet in the underground salt room in salt mine in Wieliczka with excursion is planned on 11.09.2006. This event is separately paid. Also accompanying persons are welcome to join the banquet.

The accommodation package includes 4 nights at the conference site (8/9, 9/10, 10/11 and 11/12.09.2006), 4 breakfasts (9-12.09.2006) and 2 dinners (9, 10.09.2006).

There is a possibility to book additional nights and meals before and after the conference. The conference site offers also studio-apartments for families. For details please contact us by e-mail. Please note, that there is a limited number of rooms and they will be distributed on first-registered/first-served rule.

- for reduced fees: 20.05.2006

- for registration and abstract submission: 15.06.2006

Cancellations

All cancellations must come in writing. For cancellations received by June 30, 2006 the full amount of conference fee, accommodation package and the banquet fee minus administration costs will be refunded. The refunds will be made after the conference. For cancellations received after June 30, 2006 no refunds will be possible.
